Online ordering is not live yet. Adding items to a basket and reaching the checkout does not create an order, and the checkout will tell you so if you try to place one. Until it is live, orders are taken by phone, WhatsApp or at the counter.

When online ordering opens, placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order — not when the checkout is submitted, and not when a payment is authorised.

We describe and photograph what we stock as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and manufacturers change packaging without telling us.

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
• Stock shown on the site can be wrong if an item sells at the counter at the same time. If we cannot fulfil something, we will tell you and refund it.
• If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it.

The methods available today are direct bank transfer and cash on delivery. We cannot take card payments yet. With bank transfer, we hold the order and ship it once the funds have cleared, using your order number as the reference.

• Standard delivery is Rs 250 and usually takes 3-5 working days.
• Orders of Rs 4,000 or more are delivered free.
• Collection from the store is free — choose “Pickup from Store” at checkout and we will hold the order for you.
• We deliver within Pakistan only.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Unused, unopened goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items that cannot be resold once opened — inks, paints, adhesives and anything sealed for hygiene — are excluded unless they arrived faulty.

Nothing here affects your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

You may browse, share links and buy. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract the catalogue in bulk, or reuse our text and photography commercially without asking. Brand names and logos shown belong to the manufacturers, not to us.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it. See also our privacy policy.
